are graduates in medicine, certified in pathology in a foreign country by an internationally recognized certifying body, or whose major practice is devoted to pathology; and
hold an appropriate academic degree other than medicine, reside in a country other than Canada and who are recognized as authorities in their scientific field and whose membership would further the aims and objectives of the Association
