A block of guestrooms has been reserved at the Hyatt Regency Toronto Hotel. All participants in the conference are required to make their own accommodation arrangements directly with the hotel. Please indicate “Canadian Association of Pathologists” when reserving your room. If there are any remaining unbooked rooms on June 11, 2014, they will be released for general sale and the special conference rate may not be available after that time.

Each exhibit booth provides 1 complimentary full registration and 1 booth pass registration. Sponsors may be entitled to additional registrations based on the level of sponsorship. Attendees from your organization can be registered using the Exhibitor Registration Form.
Each attendee nametag will have a barcode. A representative from EventZen will contact each exhibitor directly with detailed information on the lead retrieval systems that are available to rent.
