EXHIBITOR SERVICES MANUAL

QUEBEC CITY CONGRES CENTRE ORDER FORMS
The QCCC order forms, as well as those of their Audiovisual, Catering and Internet & Computer Rental partners, are available at:
Scroll down to the name of this event (2013 World Congress of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine), click on Centre’s order forms to open the Excel file and select the appropriate tab at the bottom of your screen to reach the order forms .
 
Please note: The cutoff date of 4:30 pm on May 24, 2013 is indicated on the QCCC order forms – there is a 25% additional charge after that date. We recommend that the exhibitors complete the QCCC order forms online and email them at services@convention.qc.ca or print, sign and fax them to 418 649-5266.

1) BOOTH SET UP/TAKE DOWN
Standard Booth includes:
1 6’ draped table
1 chair
1 wastebasket
1 recycle bin
ID sign, black text on white backer, 7” x 44”
Color for drape and table skirts is white – if you would like to purchase an alternative color please contact GES.
 
Set-up Time: 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 9
 
Take-down Time: 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday June 11

Sunday June 9 1330-1600 with refreshment break
 
Monday June 10 0900-2000 with buffet lunch, breaks, and wine & cheese reception
 
Tuesday June 11 0900-1100 with morning break

The official show services provider is GES, and some items will also be ordered through the Quebec Convention Centre.

4) HOTEL RESERVATIONS
 
A block of guestrooms has been reserved at the Hilton Quebec Hotel. All participants in the Conference are required to make their own accommodation arrangements directly with the hotel. Please indicate “Canadian Association of Pathologists” when reserving your room. If there are any remaining unbooked rooms on May 7, 2013, they will be released for general sale and the special conference rate will not be available after that time.

5) BOOTH STAFF REGISTRATION
 
Each exhibit booth provides 1 complimentary full registration and 1 booth pass registration.

Sponsors may be entitled to additional registrations based on the level of sponsorship. Attendees from your organization can be registered using the Exhibitor Registration Form and a link will be forwarded by the Registrar.
 
6) EXHIBIT HALL TRIVIA CONTEST
 
We will hold a contest at the conference to promote traffic at the exhibit booths. Each exhibitor is asked to provide 10 questions/answers about you. Participants will be given a mixture of questions from each exhibitor, and will submit the answers to enter a prize draw.
 
Please submit your 10 questions by April 30.
