BOOTH SET UP/TAKE DOWN
Standard Booth includes: 1 6′ draped table, 1 chair, 1 electrical outlet
Set-up Time: Saturday June 10, 1200 to 1700
Take-down Time: Monday June 12, 2000 to Tuesday June 13, 1200
Sunday June 11, 0900 to 1700
-with refreshment breaks & lunch
-all exhibitors are welcome to join delegates at the President’s Reception on Sunday evening
Monday June 12, 0900 to 2000
-with refreshment breaks, lunch, and wine & cheese reception
A block of guestrooms has been reserved at the Delta Prince Edward Hotel. All participants in the conference are required to make their own accommodation arrangements directly with the hotel. Please indicate “Canadian Association of Pathologists” when reserving your room. If there are any remaining unbooked rooms on May 9, 2017, they will be released for general sale and the special conference rate will not be available after that time.

BOOTH STAFF REGISTRATION
Each exhibit booth provides 1 exhibitor registration. Sponsors may be entitled to additional registrations based on the level of sponsorship. Booth Staff from your organization can be registered using the Registration Form.
Each attendee nametag will have a barcode. A representative from EventZen will contact each exhibitor directly with detailed information on the lead retrieval systems that are available to rent.
Audio-visual equipment for your booth should be ordered through Freeman A/V.
